Ham Steak

In addition to the Napoleon Beets I made as an appetizer, I also made the rest of this meal.

This was a million times simpler than the beets. This is just a large 1.5 lb slab of ham that I picked up at the Cap Hill farmers market. I grilled it on the rooftop grill.

The potatoes are the ones that I also picked up from Becky’s farm. BTW, here is Becky’s blog and Flickr. I just covered them in a little bit of butter, chili, oregano, salt and pepper then baked for 20ish minutes.
